Brittany Ranew
Brittany Ranew is a Licensed Realtor and Relocation Expert with Premier Sotheby's International Realty. As the Relocation Expert of Tampa Bay, Brittany helps people buy their dream home, or sell their home to the right person, by tapping into her network of local businesses and leaders within the community. Brittany’s concierge-level service makes every transaction as smooth and stress-free as possible.
Originally from Mobile, Alabama, Brittany Ranew moved to Southwest Florida in 2015 with her husband Stephen and their two golden retrievers. She quickly fell in love with St. Pete. As a transplant, she understands the stress of relocating across states and loves helping other families make a smooth transition into the Tampa Bay community. With her years in real estate and connections within the community, Brittany has a broad sphere of influence to get the most exposure for any size or style of property and attract the right buyer.
Brittany provides valuable resources to her customers because she is immersed in the community in which she lives and works. She strongly feels that the heart and soul of any community are its local businesses. To showcase St. Pete’s local charm, in 2020 she launched her podcast, St. Pete Soul, with the goal of putting the spotlight on small business owners and their stories.
An important part of Brittany’s life is giving back to the community she loves. She serves with the St Pete Chamber of Commerce, where she is involved in advocacy, promoting local businesses, and participating in charity and community service projects.
Besides real estate, Brittany is celebrating the release of her debut fiction novel, Lion of Fire, Book 1 in her New Adult Fantasy Series, Riley Jordan & The Fire Prophecies. Brittany has been a writer since childhood and this fiction series has been a passion project for over 10 years. She is excited to finally bring it to the world! For fun, Brittany frequents the Disney parks as an Annual Passholder. Another favorite pastime is attending Tampa Bay Rays games at Tropicana Field with her husband. They also enjoy playing tennis, kayaking, and having fun in the sun with their two energetic golden retrievers, Piper and Parker.

"Our experience with Brittany was great. Moving to a new state, especially across country can be stressful. We did not know if we wanted a town-home or a single family home. Our circumstance may be typical of most relocation where I was in the new city while my wife was back in the old city wrapping things up. My wife and Brittany found many places to look at online and I would go with her and face-time the showing back to my wife so she could be virtually there. Once we had about 3-4 places short listed my wife flew down and we made an offer on a place. This process took a while and Brittany was very patient with us and showed us many home in and around the area keeping in mind commute to work times, and the type of homes and our price range. During the whole process she also kept in contact with our Lender when needed, connected us with a Insurance Broker and kept in contact with him when needed.
